Make your self a bowl of breaded deep-fried pork and eggs over rice with this sweet-salty Katsudon sauce.
1. Deep fry Katsu until golden brown, set aside.
2. In a pan with 1 tbsp oil, saute sliced onion until transparent
3. Pour Katsudon Sauce in a pan, reduce to 3/4 or desired taste.
4. Add Katsu to the pan and top with egg.
5. Pour on top of rice bowl and garnish with leeks.
